Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Aurabgabad Town PS Case No.102/18 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147,1 48, 149,337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353,153(A), 295(A), 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, petitioner is named accused and there is allegation that the petitioner and a large number of other accused persons tried to disrupt the communal harmony, pelted stones on the procession of Ram Navmi and it further appears that he is accused in two other cases.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68564 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that that two other cases have been filed with respect to the same occurrence by mistake and he has mentioned case no.99 of 2018 though it is case No.99 of 2018 . No specific allegation has been attributed against him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No.102 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
