The petitioner seeks regular bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 822/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a), 38 and 47 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. In the written report it is alleged that 15 litres of illicit Mahua liquour was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
