2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with IIT Amhara P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 37© of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are accused of stabbing the victim.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted from the injury report, it will appear that injury caused to the informant/victim is simple in nature and the same does not

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Special Excise Case No. 793 of 2025 arising out of IIT Amhara P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at IIT Amhara Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
