The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 for the offenses punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation in the present case is that the Police received a confidential information that two persons were standing with stolen motorcycle near Maa Durga Mandir situated at the side of Areraj-Bettiah road in village-Bari Hardiya. The Police is said to have then apprehended the said two persons who disclosed their names as Bhushan Paswan and Rajan Sahani and a stolen motorcycle was recovered from

It is the further allegation of the informant that the said co-accused persons who were apprehended disclosed the names of other persons who were indulging in committing the theft of vehicles and they also disclosed the name of the petitioner herein whereafter the petitioner is said to have been remanded in the present case from the other cases in which the petitioner was in custody.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is on bail in the other cases pending against him. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.09.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017.
