1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 506, 379, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent but in the order impugned inadvertently it has been recorded that petitioner has antecedent, as such the defect has been pointed out by the office to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. It is asserted and submitted that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the defect as pointed out by the office is hereby ignored. It is next submitted that petitioner is a student

No.72095 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant alleges that on 07.02.2022 his daughter and son-in-law had come to his house, when at 11.00 P.M. on account of previous dispute, 10 named accused persons entered his house and assaulted them and even snatched Rs.10,000/-.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature and petitioner is a student and is preparing for competitive examination, as pleaded at Para-7 of the anticipatory bail application.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the fact that allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature and petitioner is a student, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Asthawan P.S.
