The petitioner seeks bail in Adapur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 18 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.272 of 2018.
