The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khowdawandpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner in the written report.
In the written report, it is alleged that on 16.6.2018, the son of the informant went outside the house but did not return. On the next date i.e. on 17.6.2018, the informant came to learn that dead body of his son is lying near a river. The informant went to that place and found the dead body of his

The informant raised suspicion that because the daughter of co -accused Sambhu Rajak had eloped with a boy from her house and the accused persons have raised suspicion against this petitioner also, they might have killed the son of the informant.
As such, mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 5.7.18 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Khowdawandpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
