Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the resident of Ward No. 15 of Kako Gram Panchayat, Aanganwari Center No. 206, Center Name - Das Tola Khaira, Block Jhanjharpur, district Madhubani, and several others applied for the post of Aagan Bari Sevika. Accordingly, the merit list was prepared for selection of Aagan Bari Sevika. The name of the petitioner was shown in the merit list at serial no. 3, whereas the name of Kiran Devi was shown at serial no. 2 and Chandrakala Devi, was

Patna High Court CWJC No.21432 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 shown at serial no. 5, whereas respondents no. 5 and 6 were shown at serials no. 1 and 2 respectively in the merit list, but, respondents no. 5 and 6 were residents of Ward No. 14 and the Selection Committee wants to appoint respondent no. 5, Chandrakala Devi as Aagan Bari Sevika while according to the Guidelines the candidate belonging to the same Ward should be appointed.

From the perusal of the writ petition, it appears that selection Aagan Bari Sevika for Ward No. 15 of Kako Gram Panchayat, Aanganwari Center No. 206, Center Name - Das Tole Khaira, Block Jhanjharpur, district Madhubani, has not been made by the Selection Committee, as such, this writ application is pre-mature.
