The petitioners seek regular bail in Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 46/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that marriage of informant's daughter was performed with Kamlesh Kumar in the year 2015. She was tortured in the sasural for demand of dowry. The informant got information on 26.07.2018 by the villagers of Chatnibigha about death of his daughter and they also informed that her dead-body is kept in the field. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71011 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Mere general and omnibus allegation is levelled against this petitioner. Informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence. They are in custody since 27.07.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dihri, Rohtas in connection with Tilauthu P.S.
