ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.574 of 2013, Trial No.536 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 323 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been filed by the complainant only as retaliation to Annexure 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that it was more of money dispute between the parties and no case exists as it has been made out by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30263 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 complainant. The petitioners also have no criminal antecedents. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.574 of 2013, Trial No.536 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
