2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 255 of 2024 arising out of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/ 414/ 420/ 34 of the IPC.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 56838 of 2024 and it was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year, if the

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XII, Gopalganj in connection with Sessions Trial No. 255 of 2024 arising out of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
