2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 150/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners assaulted the victim due to which he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that due to a previous dispute, this occurrence has taken place. Learned counsel further submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69308 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 that petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent and they are in custody since 26.07.2025. The petitioners undertake to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 150/2025 subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioners after being released on bail, are directed to mark their attendance at Pipra Police Station, District- Supaul on any two Sundays of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
