2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was assaulted on 21.05.2023 and during course of treatment, he died. From the external injury, I am of the prima-facie view that it is not a case of homicide.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas/concerned Court below in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
