The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No.86 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that 7 persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners came at the door of the informant and started to abuse, saying about pelting stones at their houses by the informant and his family members in the night. Thereafter, all started pelting stones and bricks at the house of the informant, due to which Nitu Kumari, the niece of the

At that time, both the petitioners fired through pistol and gun but the same passed over through the head of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the hot exchange of words took place between the parties but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case with the allegation against the petitioners of making firing, which did not hit to anyone.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No.86 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
