JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-11-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, marriage of the informant's daughter was fixed with the petitioner No. 4 and at the time of marriage, the accused persons started demdanding some more money and on non-

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the daughter of the complainant/informant was a patient of leucoderma and concealing this fact, the complainant was attempting to solemnize the marriage of her daughter with the petitioner No. 4 and when he refused to marry the daughter of the complainant/informant, his entire family members have been implicated in this false case. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.
