The petitioners in this case are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.35 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and they are separate in mess and business from the deceased and her husband. Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband has already been acquitted and these petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased, let the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.10.2019 be confirmed on the same bail bond.
