The petitioner is an custody since 18.08.2018 in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first information report has been lodged after a delay of four days for which no plausible explanation has been offered by the informant. It is further submitted that there is admitted enmity between the parties and, therefore, the false implication cannot be ruled out.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76812 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018.
