Petitioner seeks bail in Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended one Dinesh Yadav and from his possession one stolen motorcycle was recovered. Dinesh Yadav disclosed that he used to commit theft of motorcycle along with Nandlal Choudhary. Nandlal Choudhary was also apprehended and he disclosed that he sold the stolen motorcycle to the petitioner, Ramayan Ram and on such information stolen motorcycle bearing Registration No.BR22L 5946 was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Nandlal Choudhary and Dinesh Yadav have already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72280 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018. Petitioner has remained in jail for about five months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, 2nd, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No.127 of 2017.
