2. The petitioner is praying for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, N.D.P.S. Act).

3. The case of the prosecution is that 75 gm of brown sugar was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.03.2023. The contraband recovered from the possession of the petitioner is much less than commercial quantity.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Raxaul (Haraiya) P.S. Case No.129 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-II, N.D.P.S., East Champaran, Motihari.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
