ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations against the present petitioners have been made on the basis of mere suspicion and their names have been brought in by few persons who were arrested from the scene of occurrence. There is nothing on record to indicate that they were, in fact, involved in the Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have fair antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of

No.27204 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 P2/2 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar (Patharghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 70/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
