2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have fired upon the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 19.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner has three more criminal antecedent. Petitioner is named accused in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72689 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for the present.

8. If there is no progress in the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
