ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 324, 325, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
On bare perusal of the first information report, it appears that Pawan Kumar and Kundan Kumar (petitioner no. 1) together assaulted the informant leading to injuries. So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, there is no specific allegation against them.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27162 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
So far as petitioner no. 1, namely, Kundan Kumar is concerned, his prayer for bail is rejected.
