2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52039 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the report of Trial Court dated 23.12.2024 reveals that only six charge-sheet prosecution witnesses have been examined. I.O. and doctor are yet to be examined. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

4. Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
