The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 354(B), 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13564 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioners demanded rangdari of Rs. 5,00,000/- from the informant and snatched ornaments and also looted cash. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners belong to Mahadalit community and the informant filed this false case only with a view to harass them. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Naugachia in connection with Dholbazza P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
