2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 8/20(b)(c)/21(b)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 18(c)/27(b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 registered in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of various quantities of ganja from the house of co-accused Md. Shamim, from dilapidated hut of Md. Nasim (petitioner no. 1) and from two vehicles, one of which belong to Md. Karim (petitioner no. 2). It is submitted that there is violation of Section 100 Cr. P.C. which casts doubt upon the seizure itself. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
