The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banka P.S.Casae No.271 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one country-made loaded pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner and he is accused in three other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after arrest in this case he has been remanded in three cases only on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 16.4.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73876 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.Case No.271 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
