The petitioner is accused in connection with Akhorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Akhorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, in which, the police got recorded the confessional statement of petitioner showing his involvement in the present case and two other cases also and thereafter petitioner is remanded in the present case on 09.12.2016, since then he is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27713 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 custody.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri on-sone, in connection with Akhorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
