Patna High Court MJC No.2995 of 2023(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 0.75 decimal in first paragraph thereof instead of 75 decimals. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of typographical error, the area of the concerned plot was wrongly mentioned as 0.75 decimals instead of 75 decimals in the prayer portion of the writ petition leading to the aforesaid typographical error having crept in the order dated 14.09.2023 as well, however, the actual area of the land in question is 75 decimals as has been categorically stated in paragraph no.3 and 4 of the present petition. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the specific assertion made in paragraph nos. 3 and 4 of the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the area of plot mentioned in paragraph no. 1 of the order dated 14.09.2023 be read as 75 decimals.

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 14.09.2023, passed in CWJC No.11877 of 2023.
