JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. From the impugned order it appears that in the court below the petitioner has offered to make payment of the amount in four installments of every two months, but later on he did not turn up and the case was dismissed for non-prosecution. In such circumstances, the application is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the court below making submission to deposit the amount in four installments as made earlier and, then, the court below will pass
