2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 156 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025.

5. The petitioner is the brother of the deceased. Though the allegation against the petitioner and other family members is of killing the deceased but from the post mortem report, it appears to be a case of hanging.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
