The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Akbarpur PS case no. 206 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the present case is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when a meeting was taking place in the Block Conference Hall, suddenly one of the members started making commotion, whereupon the said member was ousted from the said Conference Hall and then the petitioner along with others is stated to have locked the gate of the Conference Hall.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68888 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he had not obstructed the government officials/ police officials in discharge of their official functions. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of political rivalry. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 24.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur PS case no. 206 of 2018.
