2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354, 354(B), 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. One Dilkhus Yadav is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is the father of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 21.06.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75976 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.M. 1, Mdhepura/concerned Court in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024.

6. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
