The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342 /323/ 504/ 307/ 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner which includes repeated blow by Gandasha and also because the injury report substantially indicates such allegation made in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner.
