2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 303 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R, petitioner has been caught while planning a loot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he is in custody since 15.07.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72747 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 303 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Vaishali Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
