1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in Chapra Mufassil P. S. Case No.367 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have antecedent of three cases and the informant alleges that eight named accused persons including the petitioners abused and assaulted him and accused Mithilesh and Ramesh assaulted him with farsa causing injury on head thereafter Shailesh assaulted Akhilesh by knife causing injury on both hands while Suresh assaulted Ravi by rod causing injury on head and Prakash assaulted Devendra by tangi causing injury on head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of previous dispute, an altercation had taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that from the side of the petitioners, Chapra Mufassil P. S. Case No.366 of 2025 has been instituted, as such, the instant FIR is a counter-blast.

5. Learned A.P.P. Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application. It is submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the accused persons assaulted several persons by farsa, tangi, knife and rod causing injury on vital parts of the

It is also submitted that Shailesh is alleged to have assaulted Akhilesh by knife causing injury on both hands and the injury suffered by Akhilesh though has been opined to be simple, but then, is caused by sharp edged object. It is also submitted that petitioners have antecedent of three cases and in the event, if privilege of anticipatory bail is granted, the petitioners may abscond and investigation is continuing.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. The prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
