The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Compl. Case No.13(M)/10 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 16(1)(a)(i) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.

Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also that he is not the owner of M/s Tiwari Bakery House, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
