2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023 instituted under Sections 363, 366(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was kidnapped and kept at Patna for two months and thereafter, she was freed.
4. The petitioner is a female aged about 23 years. The allegation against her is that she used to facilitate the talks between the victim and the accused on her mobile.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76165 of 2024(4) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 against the petitioner and also considering the fact that she is a female, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
