2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per FIR, informant namely, Kundan Kumar alleged that on 03.06.2025 , this petitioner shot in the thigh of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Though, there is allegation against this petitioner that he fired upon the thigh of the deceased but postmortem report goes to show that no fire arm injury was found in the thigh of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.06.2025 .

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VIII Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon ( Garhani ) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 .
