2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The specific allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted Bhulan Sah on his head with sharp-edged weapon. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is case and counter case between

He has also submitted that though it is true that there is allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted Bhulan Sah on his head, but the nature of injury has not been mentioned in the order of the learned court below. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
