Petitioner seeks bail in connection with bihta P.S. Case No. 543 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized motorcycle. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58820 of 2019.
