JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For setting aside order dated 2.5.2023, contained in memo no. 260 which was issued under signature of Child Development Project Officer, Sheikhpura, whereby and whereunder petitioner was removed from the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No. 27 Chadkiwan Primary School.
(ii). For giving direction to respondent to pay her salary from the date of removal to till reinstate. (iii). For giving direction to the respondent to appoint at Centre No. 28 of Ward No. 10 or by creating other Angnwadi Centre in the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.15531 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 ward."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
