Petitioner is seeking bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of the first information report, it would be evident that the victim husband of the informant has gone along with the accused persons on his own volition. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Whatever allegations have been made are omnibus and only based on circumstantial evidence and hearsay. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in Dehri (Town) Police Station Case No 319 of 2016.
