On being confronted about the press communique contained in Annexure-9 and non acceptance of fee and form of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19770 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 the students of petitioner institution, the Director Academic submitted that the Examination Controller has been advised to entertain the fee and form of the candidates appearing from Sattar Memorial College, Patna. He submits that if there was any problem in submitting the fee and form On Line earlier then he will see that the fee and form of the eligible candidates for academic session 2016-18 appearing from petitioner institution is accepted during the course of the day. The submission of fee and form would be subject to further scrutiny by the Board as to the genuineness of the candidates after submission of fee and form.

On the undertaking of the Director Academic, Bihar School Examination Board, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that submission of fee and form does not preclude the Board from verifying the genuineness of the candidates who submitted fee and form for ensuing examination of D.El.Ed course.
