2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 74, 109(1), 352 & 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of Kanhaiya Ram with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., took place, rather the present case is outcome of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 356 of 2025, lodged from petitioner's side against informant and others and only to save the skin from the above case, present case has been lodged. The injury, caused by petitioner, is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 361 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
