The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.116 of 2017 registered under Sections 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act. The accusation is that the photograph of the daughter of the informant was uploaded in the Face-Book Timeline in the name of Raj Gaurav. On query, it was detected that this petitioner, who used to reside at the house of his maternal, had uploaded the photograph of the daughter of the informant in his face-book account.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27901 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the photograph of the daughter of the informant was uploaded in the Face-Book Timeline in the name of Raj Gaurav and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 26.04.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Khaira P.S.
