The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra PS case no. 102 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of Indian Penal Code and 30/30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation against the petitioner is with regard to recovery of illicit liquor from the back of the motorcycle, which he was riding, upon being apprehended by the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.04.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29244 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-VIIth, Begusarai-cum-Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 in connection with Teghra PS case no. 102 of 2017.
