Petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No.285 of 2018 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution allegation the pupil apprehended one thief who was committing theft of motorcycle. Police came there and apprehended the accused who disclosed his name Guddu Kumar. Guddu Kumar disclosed that he runs a gang for committing theft of motorcycle and he also disclosed the name of the petitioner, Munna Sah as one of the member of the gang. On such information the house of Munna Sah, the petitioner, was searched but nothing was recovered. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner although name of the petitioner figured in the confession of coaccused who was apprehended while committing theft of motorcycle, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah at West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.285 of 2018.
