2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 240 of 2022, G.R. No. 2917 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 364, 379, 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, on 14.10.2022 two unknown persons sat on the e-rickshaw of the informant and told to go towards Harangi Tol Dhala and when they reached there two more persons came there and pointed pistol on his temple and snatched his mobile, cash of Rs. 450/- and e-rickshaw.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to his three criminal antecedents. FIR was lodged against unknown persons. However, on the basis of confessional statement he has been arrested. No incriminating material have been recovered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71692 of 2023(3) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has never put on TIP and he is in custody since 09.08.2023. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Saurav Kumar has already been granted bail by the learned court below vide order dated 08.11.2023 passed in B.A. No. 1432 of 2023. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 240 of 2022, G.R. No. 2917 of 2022.
