2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2022 in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 667/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a teacher and he has been involved in showing objectionable materials to minor students who go to him for coaching.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the trial is in progress. The petitioner has no

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that the trial is under progress, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial remains pending because of the nonavailability of the Special Judge, the petitioner is at liberty to move this Court for grant of bail.
