Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the disclosure of co-accused Dinesh Yadav, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in fact the petitioner had purchased the same from Dinesh Yadav on payment of consideration money and in proof thereof the petitioner has enclosed Annexure-2. Further submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.27953 of 2017 (2) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bettiah, District West Champaran/successor Court in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) Police Station Case No. 127 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
